The alarming trend of violence in Plateau State continues as yet another community, Budel in Tangur District of Bokkos Local Government Area, fell victim to attackers overnight.
The Transition Implementation Committee Chairman of Bokko Local Government Council, Mr. Monday Kassah, confirmed the incident and reported that security agencies swiftly responded to a distress call from the community late Thursday night. While houses were set ablaze during the attack, the timely response from security personnel averted any loss of life, marking a crucial intervention in the face of escalating violence.
