KOGI SECURITY: 21 Ajaokuta Abducted victims rescued within 48 hours.

In a swift and determined response, a joint team of security operatives successfully rescued the 21 victims abducted along the Ajaokuta-Itobe road in Kogi State within 48-hour.

The victims, primarily travelers, had been taken to an undisclosed location in the dense forest near Ajaokuta Local Government Area. Governor Yahaya Bello promptly issued directives to security agencies and local vigilantes, emphasizing his zero-tolerance stance towards criminal activities and underscoring his commitment to the safety and well-being of Kogi’s residents.

The coordinated efforts of the security forces resulted in the release of the captives and the apprehension of some kidnappers, with ongoing efforts to track down those still at large.
