The Deputy Governor Of Kaduna State, Dr Hadiza Balarabe has decried the neglect and stigmatisation of mentally challenged persons warning that such discrimination poses a great threat to the nation’s overall public health programme.
Dr. Balarabe raised the concern during the commissioning of some health facilities in barnawa, Kaduna State, where She stressed the need to give proper care and support to persons suffering from any form of mental challenges.
