The National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) has made a remarkable stride in curbing drug trafficking, obliterating over 300,000 kilograms of illicit substances confiscated in Lagos and Ogun states.
In addition to the massive haul, the agency incinerated 40,000 liters of unlawful liquids, delivering a substantial blow to drug-related criminal enterprises in the region.
The seized contraband was set aflame publicly in Badagry, Lagos State, in a visual testament to the agency’s unwavering resolve to purge illegal drugs.
The ceremony was graced by NDLEA Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Brig. Gen. Mohamed Buba Marwa, alongside other high-ranking officials, underscoring the agency’s steadfast dedication to its cause.
