The Naharati-River Ukya-Unguwan Hausawa road project in Abaji Area Council marks the fifth commencement in a series of road infrastructure endeavors across area councils in the Federal Capital Territory. Spanning a distance of 5 kilometers, this road initiative forms part of a broader endeavor aimed at bolstering infrastructure development throughout the territory.
Olusegun Olusa, the overseeing director of the Satellite Town Development Department at FCTA, delineates the recent projects initiated by the Federal Capital Territory, underscoring the administration’s unwavering dedication to enhancing road infrastructure in diverse communities.
The Chairman of Abaji Area Council, Abdullahi Abubakar, alongside the traditional leader, expresses optimism regarding the potential of the road construction project to ameliorate conditions and stimulate agricultural activities in the vicinity, thereby fostering the socio-economic prosperity of residents.
Following the exchange of goodwill messages, the Minister takes the platform to address the populace, stressing the importance of patience with President Tinubu’s administration amidst the prevailing economic adversities. Subsequently, accompanied by esteemed dignitaries, the Minister proceeds to inaugurate the road construction project.
