President Bola Tinubu Reconstitutes Executive Management Teams of Housing Parastatals

President Bola Tinubu has given his approval for the reconstitution of the executive management teams overseeing parastatals within the Federal Ministry of Housing and Urban Development. This move aims to streamline operations and enhance efficiency within these organizations.
 
The Federal Mortgage Bank of Nigeria (FMBN) will see notable changes in its leadership structure. Mr. Shehu Usman Osidi has been appointed as the Managing Director and CEO, bringing with him a wealth of experience in the field. Assisting him in various capacities are Mr. Ibidapo Odojukan as Executive Director for Finance & Corporate Services, Mr. Muhammad Sani Abdu as Executive Director for Loans & Mortgage Services, and Ms. Chinenye Anosike as Executive Director for Business Development & Portfolios.
 
Similarly, the Federal Housing Authority (FHA) will witness a transformation in its executive leadership. Hon. Oyetunde Oladimeji Ojo takes on the role of Managing Director and CEO, poised to steer the organization towards its objectives. The team is further strengthened by Mr. Mathias Terwase Byuan as Executive Director for Housing Finance & Accounts, Mr. Umar Dankane Abdullahi as Executive Director for Business Development, Engr. Oluremi Omowaiye as Executive Director for Project Implementation, and Arc. Ezekiel Nya-Etok as Executive Director for Estate Services.
